Different cooler on one of them. The other two show the same video card. Those two however, one has a red PCB and one is blue. Could be made in different batches, or PCBs from separate vendors.
Here's the link to Sapphire's site with details on that video card.
Is the one with the large clear fan going to cool better? I don't know if that fan or the plastic air-vent thing will run cooler.
I bought one of those. Copper Core, Aluminium exterior. The plastic thingy is just for looks. Pretty silent, pretty cool.
So silent it is Wife Aproved Ill head for the blue one. I've had several Sapphires From 9600PRO and a 9600XT, X800 and now my 4850. So far no problem.
Have fun !!!

I bought the one on the left as well I can't speak for it's noise (or lack of), since my Antec Nine Hundred already sounds like a jet engine with or without a graphics card on. However I can tell you that it runs really cool, I've yet to break past 59-60 C on default fan settings and that's by throwing everything I can think of (Crysis, Atitool, etc...).
out of experience I wouldn't use the compare tool online, I've had countless times where the stats were wrong when comparing items...sites like Sony ericsson, Best buy, sony...I could go on.
I'd just make 3 windows put em side by side or just click from 1 to the other
Either way i'd go for the one on the left end, if its like the BFG OCX the cooling is top notch but it does blow some in ur case
I would try to find a dual slot 4850 I'm sure I found 1
