GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5, what memory?

As seem above I have decided for my Core i7 processor to go with a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5. Reading a fair about memory my search has been narrow to 6 GB memory but the question is what memory to go with. My budget is $100 - $200 and I have a Core i7 2.93 Ghz. I know GSKILL offers somewhat better quality stuff for the money so lets hear your opinion what memory setup for my MOBO and CPU.
