GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5, what memory?

As seem above I have decided for my Core i7 processor to go with a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5. Reading a fair about memory my search has been narrow to 6 GB memory but the question is what memory to go with. My budget is $100 - $200 and I have a Core i7 2.93 Ghz. I know GSKILL offers somewhat better quality stuff for the money so lets hear your opinion what memory setup for my MOBO and CPU.

At least DDR3-1333, also you bought a i7 940? You just wasted $300, the 920 can OC to those speeds without even raising voltage.

You need triple channel DDR3 1333, 3GB or 6GB. G. Skill is going to be the cheapest memory for i7. Get DDR3 1333 then overclock if you want. G Luck.

Yes that may be true but this is my first computer that I am building so OCing isn't exactly a smart idea for a noob.
