Looks decent. The psu seems overkill to me save some money. You will be fine with 600-700w of power even with your future upgrades you have planned. Do you really need vista ultimate? home premium should be enough for basic use. The 22in monitor seems small for a high end system i regret buying my 22in with a high end system, but ill upgrade later on. As for the speakers i would go with surround sound those speakers arent worth it for a nice sound card your getting.
Here are some psu:

^ I recommend the 650TX and the PP&C 610 linked above. Also why upgrade the GPU when you can CrossFire for cheaper and will usually give better performance (depends on game)?

edit: I have had problems with the quality of the Foxxconn boards so I do not recommend them. Stick with ASUS/Gigabyte.

hello Shadow7037 and invisik,
thanx for your kind suggestions...i really appreciate...i dont know why everybody keep on telling everywhere that 1kw psu is way too overkill...i would simply like to invest more in a psu rather than wasting 1/3rd money on having flashy looking expensive cabinet...also according to eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5 they say that....
"Electrolytic capacitor aging. When used heavily or over an extended period of time (1+ years) a power supply will slowly lose some of its initial wattage capacity. We recommend you add 10-20% if you plan to keep your PSU for more than 1 year, or 20-30% for 24/7 usage and 1+ years."
recomended psu wattage was 711watts + 30% is 925watts thats why i decided on coolermaster real power pro 1000watts...
now what do you say...

all i have to say is look at my rig. q6600 oc 3.2ghz 6gig of ram 2 oc gtx260 sli and had a oc 9600gso for dedicated physics all running on a 500w + my psu is over a yr old. =]
your system will need less then 600w.

1) Coolermaster is not exactly the most "amazing" PSU....like Corsair, Antec Signature....etc. Which leads me to saying, buy Quality over quantity. Good Powersupplies have almost no capacitor aging because they use good quality capacitors (Nippon-Chemi, Rubycon etc.)

2) U dont need that sort of power....a good 750/850 would be substantial. The Corsair TX 850 is great if u dont want Modular.

3) Imho, if u want that 1000 Watts...the Corsair HX1000 is $20 more than the CM afer MIR. Get that instead. Its much better quality, has great modular cabling (which i gotta say....1000 Watts of cabling is a lot and u have to put it somewhere) and....yea self explanatory imo
