Atl tab is not working in windows XP while using Textpad open

Hello,
Alt + tab is not working when i am using textpad . From taxtpad i could not able to use alt+tab .

Please advice how can be resolved .

I had the same problem and found a fix for it. Go to TextPad's preferences then view. There should be a checkbox showing 'Stay on top of other windows'. Uncheck that, click OK and it Alt+Tab should work again while in TextPad.

I wonder how that got checked though. It could be part of the unregistered version's nag screen.
