Fn key\'s shortcut functions \'lost\'

I"ve lost the function of my shortcuts. I have to go into my computer to start all my programs. How do I correct this?

There is a program supplied by your computer manufacturer which auto runs to provide that feature. If you reinstalled Windows from a generic disk then you will need to download the software from your manufacturers website. If you cleaned up programs in your 'autorun' then you will need to re-enable them and then figure out which one you need to keep.
