If you need 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, then go with the Gigabyte. If onboard sound quality is important, then the Aus might be slightly better (though that's a personal preference). The Gigabyte might overclock a bit more, etc.

There are enough reviews for each one on Newegg as well as professional reviews for you to decide which one is best for your requirements.
