Adding more RAM to a Tri Channel Setup

I have a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard. I am running 3x1gb of RAM in Tri Channel setup. Can I buy a fourth random piece of RAM (matching the speed of the current RAM), say a 2gb stick, and add it to my current system and still get the performace from the original 3gb at tri channel but have the additional 2gb to get my total to 5gb? I hope this makes sense. I am running Vista Home Premium 64bit.

You can add the 2 GB chip, but you will not have Tri channel.
