Code 43 problem with 4870x2

I logged onto my comp a few days ago and the login screen was offset. when i booted windows this error came up:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

My current specs are

i7 920 @ stock
p6t deluxe mobo
sapphire 4870x2 w/ 9.1 drivers
g.skill 6 gig
750 corsair PSU
vista 64 sp1


is there a solution to this? do i need 2 reformat? this is what i see in device manager:

I have the same problem.... anyone come up with a solution it would help a whole lot. This has nothing to do with the 9.1 drivers does it?
