Pc start-up problem

Hello everybody,
a problem is happening on my system:
When boot for the first time, after several hours (the next day for instance) sometimes re-boots at start-up but mostly blue-screening after loading windows (after 1 or 2 minutes).
However, once this happens the PC works fine.

COMPOSITION

CPU: Intel i5 2.66GHz
Motherboard: ASROCK P55 EXTREME
RAM: 2X2GB GSkill (1600MHZ)
Graphics: ATI Zaphire 5750
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Hard Disk seagate 500Gb (sata 2) and western digital 250Gb (ide)
PSU: CORSAIR 750W

What specific CORSAIR PSU are you using? Also, since you're posting on the Overclocking forum, did you do any overclocking?
