Kingston hyperx 8600 8GB of ram on a foxconn nf590 sli board

Hello i have a Foxconn nf590 sli mother board and i just perchesed kingston hyperx ddr2 8600 8gb of ram. In my BIOS i have a few ddr2 settings 400,533, and 800 which one do i use i would like to run the ram at 1066mhz but my timming table only go up to cl6and i think i need cl7 i allready tweked the mem. voltage up to 2.050 but my cpu-z only shows kingston 6400 400mahz? Any help would be highly apreceated Thank you

Use manual settings for the memory.
Increase the Northbridge voltage with 8 GB.
Keep the memory voltage up like you did.
Use the closest timings you can.
Test with memtest86+ for errors.
You may have to back down if you get errors.
