Is all this compatible? I'm unsure of the motherboard and PSU. I read that P35-S3G works well with the E7200... and that OCZ make good PSUs, but I couldn't find much about this particular PSU.

Also about the Vista 64bit - some places list this item as "Vista Home Premium Upgrade"... what does that mean? Upgrade from what.... I assume it's the full OS?

I will pick up a 22" monitor for around £125ish too. What resolution should I be looking for that's best with this setup?

Thanks guys (yes I'm a noob at this)

Yup, they're compatible.

The only concern I'd have with the mobo is that the bios may need to be updated to support 45nm. If that's the case, you can ask a computer store to do it for you for a small fee. Bring the latest bios on a floppy.

Upgrade requires a full version of an older OS. i.e. Vista upgrade requires XP full.

Haha is this true? So if I want vista on a new PC I have to pay £130? Hilarious. And to think I was actually considering buying it when I could just download it with little effort.

The mobo requires bios F4 to support the cpu. F4 was out in July. I bet $10 the mobo doesn't come with F4. More like F3.
