Best Affordable for the Pentium 4 processor

From a prior post, its looking like my motherboard may be on its way out. Its having trouble on start up when cold. Looking for a board that will be compatable with a Pentium4 2.8 processor. I currently have an Intel D865Perl MoBo. What is a good replacement at an affordble price? Thanks.

Find a used one on eBay or Kijiji. Newegg.com sell the BIOSTAR P4M900M4, but it probably doesn't meet your requirements (PCIe instead of AGP, DDR2 instead of DDR).
