Hi

I have upgraded Win 2000 NT to Win XP Pro.Its been istalled successfuly and rebooted to continue the installation.But after after rebooting the installation is not getting continued and only grey screen appears.Do I need to update my BIOS drivers to resolve the issue.If so, plz guide me on proceding further in resolving the issue.

Do a fresh install of XP. Upgrades go bad sometimes.
