Will this PSU work with a 8800 GTS

I just got a Geforce 8800 GTS and was wondering if a 350 PSU would run it or if i need to upgrade. and also if it says 12V1@19A,

12V2@20A, will this equal out to 39? will this power supply work?

In theory, the psu should work. The 8800GTS wants to be on a system with 26a on the 12v rails--total.
However cheap unknown psu's are NOT the way to go. I would look for a unit from PC P&C, corsair, seasonic, antec, or possibly FSP.
Any one of these units that has a 6 pin pci-e connector should do the job.

The Antec earthwatts 430 should do the job at $39.99.
