OC Q9400

Hello. I have a Q9400 on an EP45-UD3LR. Without overclocking my core temps are around 35-40 and voltage around 1.05-1.2. What do you suggest? Anyone with experience please share - how much can I overcloack it and what voltage settings should I put? Around how much will it be stable?

Because all hardware components have their own characteristics it is next to impossible for anyone to give you precise settings or tell you how far you can push your particular items.

If you want the thing to live my personal preference is to not have them go beyond the mid 50C range under full load but everyone's mileage will vary.
