So I had posted about the fact that in CS source once in awhile my computer completely locks up (if there is sound that sound gets repeated and the computer continues to struggle) and it is still happening. Once in awhile textures will flicker especially text. After my computer has been on for a few days once in awhile the entire screen will start to distort and become snowy like a TV. It gets to the point where you cant read or see anything really because everything is snowy and pixelated. I can't seem to think of any other solutions outside of overheating. My core temps are normal and everything seems to be working outside of that. My drivers are updated as of the Oct 15 release and I just can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please post your full system specs including your PSU and any overclocks.
You said your CPU temps were good, what are they?
How about the GPU?
Check how hot it is running with GPU-Z.
Have you tryed testing your RAM with memtest?

Sorry, bad link. I'm currently running an Athlon64x2 6400+, 4gigs of ddr2 (i think pc2 3200?), asus mobo, xfx geforce 8800gt, 650w psu, windows vista 32b.
I haven't ran a memtest yet. My core temps at top performance can vary from 52-55. I think that's a bit hot right? I haven't been able to get a read on my GPU temp and I figured with my geforce fan running at 80% it would be okay. Maybe not. I will run memtest and I probably need to purchase another external fan or two.
