Which is all around better and why?

1) MSI Eclipse SLI Motherboard - Intel X58, LGA 1366, ATX, Audio, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFire Ready, SLI Ready, Dual Gigabit LAN, S/PDIF,
Firewire, USB 2.0, HyperThreading

or

2) Gigabyte GA-EX58-EXTREME Motherboard - Intel X58, LGA 1366, ATX, Audio, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFire Ready, SLI Ready, Dual Gigabit LAN,
S/PDIF, Firewire, USB 2.0, HyperThreading

or

eVGA Classified is the top dog (on paper), but it's not available yet and will cost over $400. I'd wait to see some reviews/benchmarks on that. That being said, between the MSI and Gigabyte, the Gigabyte is going to be more reliable for overclocking due to having 12+2+2 power phase, not sure what the MSI's is, but it is less. Also, some reviews I've seen have said the Creative X-Fi sound card that comes with the MSI is crap. Overall, the Gigabyte is just a more solidly built board with higher quality components.
