neither of those things exist.

though DDR3 is RAM, and GDDR5 is VRAM. the former comes in sticks you install into a PC, they both can come soldered to some video cards.

Rephrasing a part of the question..what is the difference between DDR2, DDR3 and DDR5 ?
Well DDR3 is faster then 2 and the prices are about the same now, except for the most expensive models witch cost a lot more on DDR3.
DDR5 or GDDR5 as it's called is used only on video cards now and it provides more speed then DDR3, witch is better.
Also GDDR 4 was used by ATI on a few cards but was dropped in favor of GDDR5.
