Hi,
Yes I should have known better but I plugged my Bluetooth USB dongle into my
pc before installing the software and now I can't get it to work despite
un-installing and re-installing the software, rebooting etc.
I've even tried a system restore only to find I can't get it to do that
either.

Go to Start/COntrol Panel/System the go to HArdware tab and click Device
Manager. FInd the device by clicking on the plus sign(+) beside the
appropriate device type, right-click the device and click Uninstall. This
will delete the dongle's hardware.
You still need to uninstall the software first.
