HP LH3 upgrade

I have recently received a HP LH3 which I am playing with. It is a PII so I want to do an upgrade. I see several choices to upgrade to LH4 which seem to be PIII's. Is that as high as I can go or are there P4 boards available?

You're probably better off asking in a server-oriented forum (or asking HP directly), especially with such old hardware.
