Ive posted partial lists already. thanks for every ones input on them. i now have a completed list (i hope) for everyones review and input. im not 100% sure i know what im doing (thats why im here). this is a learning process for me. im not really up on computers these days and i figured about the best way to be and learn everything is to build a computer. let me know if anything is overkill, like the CPU fan, or PSU. Im pretty sure everything i chose is compatible too, but not possitive. I really appreciate any ones review and criticism. thanks for looking.

P.S- I dont want a hardcore system, basically everyday use, surfing the net and stuff. although this is nor strictly for gaming i dont want to have any problems with any of the newer games, and look decent doing it.

Hell NO on that PSU!
Apevia is among the worst PSU manufacturers out there.
You are asking for trouble with that unit.
You need a quality unit from Corsair, PCP&C, Enermax, Seasonic or the Antec Earthwatts line.
This Corsair 650w for the same price is WAY better than the one you chose.
You could even go with the Corsair 550w for $10 less with no issues.

Meh to your choice of CPU cooler.
Try the Xigmatek 1283 with Retention Bracket.
It will cost just a few $ more but provides much better cooling.

Everything else looks good to me!
