Help me find a 1GB 4850 HIS IceQ

Alright savvy shoppers....I might be interested in an ICEQ 1GB edition of the 4850 if it is well below $200. Something in the range of $170 would catch my fancy. Seen any floating around? I haven't found anything yet but I heard they can be found. No refurbs or used cards that have been used in an OC experiment. Instant rebates preferable but MIR are fine if the price is right. I have exhausted my usual online shops and haven't had any luck. Thanks!!
