775 heatsink and fan on 771

I realy want to get this cooling "system": http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2353734&CatId=493 on my 771 processor. the cooling system is ment for 775.

Unfortunately there isnt much option for 771. If I where using that setup though I would prob get this cooler. Noctua NH-U12DX 120mm Fan 6-Heatpipes CPU Heat Sink (Intel LGA 771 & mPGA 604)
