ASUS P6T X58 (OR) BIOSTAR T-Power X58?

Its between these two boards for me. I would like some opinions...

Please give your opinion based on facts or knowledge of these boards, not because someone might know of Asus and not really know Biostar.

Keep in mind, the Biostar T-Force X58 has the OC record Core i7 940 WR 4.8GHz.

Let me know which you guys think would be the better purchase...I can get both boards for about the same price. Thanks.
