Hi,

Well I've finally decided on the majority of kit I'm buying for my new build - apart from PSU and CPU fan.

I'll be using the following:
Intel Q9550
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
G.Skill PI Black 4GB
Sapphire HD 4670

I'm not bothered about looks at all, infact I'd rather not have LEDs, but I'd like things to be cool (obviously) and as quiet as possible.

Any recommendations?

and whats budget for PSU. Modular or not??

Sorry, not looked at PC parts in ages - it's quite different now.

I only asked about a fan because I'll be using this machine to render video and 3D environments - which can take hours sometimes - so wasn't sure if the standard far would be good enough or not.

As for the PSU, Modular would be good but not essential, and my budget will stretch to £80.
