Which Hd 4850 His Iceq should I pick?

there are 4.
They are all equiped with the same cooler, and the more expensive ones have factory overclocked, and 1 gb memory.
I am thinking about getting the non overclocked one, and then I can overclock it myself; or get the 1 gb one, and oc that too.
I don't really want the factory overclocked ones, cause the turbox is almost as much as a 4870.
So, which should I get? normal or 1 gb?

Also, do you think that iceq is a good stock cooler thing for a video card?

Edit: I will be playing on a 22 inch monitor. I will be playing source games, cod games, and other future games, but probably not things like crysis
