Settings ram timings

I dont know much about overclocking so sorry if i say anything wrong. I bought this ram:

its running at 5-5-5-15 but i want it at 4-4-4-15. it needs a memory voltage of 2.1 but my motherboard can only do 2.00 and 2.13.

Are these okay?

Also will doing this change any of my cpu settings. I have it at stock settings coz im using the stock cooler for now.

Use 2.13V and set the timings manually. It won't do anything to your CPU settings and very little in performance, if any, but stability might suffer. Run memtest for several hours to make sure there are no memory errors.

i checked the ocz website and it says you can use 1.9-2.1 so im using 2.0. so far it seems okay. thanks!
