Looking for Compatible Motherboard

I had an excellent deal and recently bought an ASUS EN9800GT TOP/HTDP/512MD3 graphics card and 4X2GB RAM DDR2. Of course, I need to upgrade the motherboard as well, because my current one doesn't support it.

Can anyone tell me a nice compatible motherboard? And speaking of a that, a nice Intel or AMD processor wouldn't be too bad...

Mostly gaming purposes, but not willing to spend too much. Bewteen 80€ and 150€ would be ok...

Asus P5Q (or Pro) or Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L (or P or R), and Intel E5200.
