ok, i had vista then i installed the windows 7 beta and everything worked great, but then i tried to go back to vista and everything works except my network adapter. i cant create a connection, my wireless doesnt work, a wired connection doesnt work. i just want the computer to find the network adapter....

Check and make sure your drivers are installed for the network card. You will need to install the drivers for both wireless and wired.

Navigate to the Device Manager (This is how)

Any circled question marks means windows can't automatically detect your drivers. You can download on another computer from your Motherboard manufacturer's website or the cd that came with your computer (Customer or Prebuilt).
