Making a touch decision. Iso: Opinions

Alright guys. I've got my pc built except for one component, the gpu. I was originally going with a 4870X2 but budget is out of my range atm. So, I have two options.

I found a 4850 1gb Gddr3 card by sapphire

and

4870 512mb gddr5 by Asus for the exact same price.

Now I need to figure out what to choose.

Help guys if you can. Just a simple a or b is what I'm looking for.

Yep, 4870 for sure. The HD 4850 doesn't drive 1Gb of memory very well, and probably doesn't beat the HD 4870 even in the highest of resolutions/settings.
