4870 Drivers Catalyst 8.10 or 8.11 beta?

Hello guys, ever since I got my card working with Catalyst 8.10 w/ FC2 fix I've noticed a few issues when playing games in general. I've noticed that I get this weird jittering lag once in a while. We're not talking about really graphic demanding games. We are talking about games like TF2. The frames seem to be fine (min fps is over 60). I've tried to set v-sync on but it still happened. I've tried to set my monitor to 2ms response rate and well it helped a little but it still happened.

Some users on other forums also claim to have this happen with Catalyst 8.10 drivers. Now I came in at the point where ATI was already on 8.10 drivers so I couldn't compared it with the previous versions but I'm hoping that someone who've actually used say 8.9 could come in and tell us if 8.10 screwed up that part.

Some reports say that the 8.11 beta drivers fixed this issue as well as the fan not being active issue. Can someone confirm this? Thanks.
