4870x2 problem/question

q6600
4870x2
4g ram
corsair 750tx
asus p5q pro
xp pro x32

when I go under the ati catalyst overdrive section and click on the card info button it gives me this info:

Is there a problem with the second GPU on this card? Im worried that it says disabled. Could this just be bc its in 2d mode, like a low power mode or bc of it being 32 bit xp?

Just want to know if I should be rma'ing this card.

all drivers are up to date too

Your problem is 32-bit windows. You need 64-bit windows. 32-bit windows only lets you use 4 gigs of ram TOTAL (normal ram AND video ram).

So you have 4 gigs of ram and 2 gigs of video ram = 6 gigs total BUT windows can only see//use 4 gigs out of that 6.

I did that, I think i was playing mercenaries2, the one core was loaded and the other was not. In the end I reformated with vista x64 sp1. Now when i go into ati overdrive it says both cores are linked
