You should list the names of the parts, so people don't have to click all those links. Had you done that, you'd have noticed that your case link is wrong.
No idea what you picked. Anyway, I think you'd like the Antec 900. Be careful what case you pick, because the 9800GT is a big card.

Q6600/G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2-800 - good choices

Seagate 500GB/$70 - OK, but WD6400AAKS 640GB/75$ beats it in both speed and price/GB.

Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OK

HDT-S1283 - excellent choice. Also get this retention bracket for it:

$10 more upgrades your PSU from Thermaltake 750W to Silencer 750W, and you get a 4GB flash drive too.

Or you can get a Corsair 750TX for $110, just like the Thermaltake. All 3 are good anyway.

eVGA 750i/9800GT - pretty good combination. Based on this and the 750W PSU I assume you will add a second video card later. If not, the PSU is overkill and you can get a cheaper MB based on P45.

You can order a different side panel for the CM690 which features a clear acrylic window.

Thanks for your suggestions aevm. But the psu you told me only had 1 12 volt rail... which im kind of worried about. Also, the Antec 900 case's reviews said that a few people couldn't fit gtx 260's... which is about what i think a 9800 gt is in length.

Edit: oh yeah, I found an Nvidia version of the case thats about 20 bucks more, but it has the side panel.

That whole thing about 1 rail vs several rails is mostly a matter of personal preference. Don't worry about it. Companies like PC Power & Cooling and Corsair tend to prefer one rail, while others like Enermax or Thermaltake prefer several smaller rails. Both approaches work, and all these companies make good PSUs. In theory, several small rails improve your chance of surviving if you stick your fingers inside the PSU, that's why they invented the system. In practice, who cares, just don't ever open the PSU. That would void the warranty anyway.

Nice case...

Alright, thanks aevm! But i realized that the 9800 ultimate is sold out.... anyone have anything else that's about the same as it around the same price?

Edit: Since my friend is giving me an OS disc, i'll just go with a gtx 260.
