Hi, I am looking to do my yearly ugrade of my machine. I currently have a Striker Extreme 1 and love it. I need quad core and a GTX285 so I am looking at the new Striker Extreme.

Am I correct in saying it will only support the much more expensive DDR3?
Which would you recommend? (I currently have 4GB DDR2 do you need the equivilent in DDR3? (for gaming purposes))
