Hello,
I have a t60 and I am thinking about upgrading the current hard drive 100 Gig to a 320 Gig drive.
Will that work? If so, I am thinking on ghosting the 100 gig disk to disk to the 320 gig. Any advice is welcome

check with you manufacture ,that the bios will support 320 GB drive & disk to disk cloning worked for me several times..

Make sure you get a drive with a similar size and interface as the one you're replacing. With the proper software / adapters, I see no reason why you'd have a problem cloning from a smaller disk to a larger one. If you're going with the bother upgrading a disk in a laptop, at least get a 7200 RPM drive for the new one.
