My system and gtx 260?

Hello, first time poster.

Im thinking of getting a gtx 260, does my system look okay for it?

AMD Phenom Quad Core 9550 AM2+
Gigabyte MA770-Ds3 ATX AM2+
4gig ram
High-power 500watt Dual Fan P/S
Windows Vista Home premimum 64-Bit


Not sure about the mother board and ps inparticular.

not all 500watt psus are the same. It all depends on the amps on the rails. I don't know what the requirements are for the gtx260, but it should be on the nvidia web site.
