Nice detailed build. I'm taking my time and planning everything out before I buy all of my parts. I really like the res-top on the pump. I think it's a much better idea than a separate MCP655 and a Swiftech Micro Res. How are your temps on the GPUs and CPU?

I posted an idea in a replay to Shadow. here is the link http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/254991-29-first-liquid-cooled-completed#t1824270 What do you think of my idea?

Do you plan on selling the GTZ? If so, PM me about it.

Did you put 3 fans on one plug on the Fan Controller? I've been considering taking out my multimeter and measuring the current of three fans and putting them on one plug instead of 3 separate plugs if the header can handle it.

The loop looks great!

Fans;

Yes I have 3 rad fans in parellel to one fan header. Depends on the fans and the controller of course. My old Yate Loon mediums and my new Scythe GT1850 RPM fans are fine on my controller, the $13.99 from from Jabtech.

Hey man sorry to bother you but I really didn't want to post a new thread...

Anyways, one of my friends is going WCing on a E8400 with a pretty high OC. He's a bit low on cash right now.

So for CPU block:
http://www.jab-tech.com/Swiftech-Storm-Universal-Waterblock-Rev-2-pr-3022.html#buynow
Swiftech Storm v2 $25

Pump: 450 GPH aquarium pump (pretty decent actually, probably only 340 GPH). He got it off of Craigslist (NIB) for $5.

Rad: http://www.jab-tech.com/Swiftech-MCR-220-Radiator-Black-pr-3199.html
MCR 220 ($42). He didn't want to go heatercore because it's "ugly" lol.

Tubing: Some vinyl for now off of Home Depot.

Total: ~$82-90 with S&H,etc.

So, what do you think? Will the Storm be able to handle a E8400 @ 4.2Ghz? The main reason he's switching is due to fan noise and his damn CPU just runs hot. Switching from an Zalman 9xxx. Any recommendations on fans? I noticed you mentioned Gentle Typhoons as a new choice...
