Searching for an office use printer

we have a printer now with a phazer? cartridge, wax-based stick toner, and it comes out nicely, but over time business cards colors begin to run after being kept in wallets, heat melts the wax. we need something new, high quality, prefer glossy finish, takes all kinds of paper and hooks up to a network. Has to be water, heat and fade resistant with time. any advice would be greatly helpful! thanks!
