P5ql pro e8400

Hello I,m overclocking my e8400 @3.6 on asus p5ql pro everything looks fine but cpu-z shows core speed @2400 and multiplier x6 When load is applied core speed says 3600 and multiplier shows x9 and core voltage also goes from ilde 1.080 to 1.184 is this ususal to see any or all of them fluctuate like that

You probably still have the Intel Power saving feature on (that turns down CPU voltage/multi to save power when the load is low. Their should be an option in the BIOS to disable it if you'd like (check your Motherboard Manual).
