OC'ing with 6G

foxcon renaissance board. just installed another 3 gigs and it goes haywire when i try to oc or even restart it. i guess one of the new sticks could be bad? it doesnt always read all the RAM during POST.

ram volts 1.5 and tried 1.53. everything else stock. NB 1.3 i think.
just confirmed ti will only work non OC'd. if i try to oc at all it goes completely nutz.
should i try and RMA the ram?
