looking for the best possible rig for around 200-300 dollars preferably around 250. I dont need a gfx card or any cd drives or a hard drive . SO basically a CPU Motherboard memory and a cheap case PSU. I will be using this for audio recording and some light to medium gaming.

Check out the Antec 300 at buy.com, it's only $50 more. What about a PSU, you didn't put one in there. Take a look at my sub 550 thread... It turned into a $285 build because I didn't need HDD, DVD, or GPU (Getting onboard probably).
You don't want to skimp on a PSU though, get a good brand. Antec Earthwatts is a great one if it's enough power. Cheaper at buy.com than newegg after shipping. $45

actually the case is a case psu combo and i know that those normally are bad but doesnt Rosewill make good PSU's
