Need help on new monitor

hey I recntly purchased a AOC 19" monitor and it came with a stuck pixel right in the middle of the screen. I tried everything ppl said to fix it....nothing. So i went back the next day and returned the monitor for the same exact one but only this time there was another stuck pixel and there were no cords to plug into the computer itself let alone it had no place to plug these cables into it was just completely missing everything.



Now comes my question.....

Im not going with AOC so im getting a refund and im looking for a good brand of monitor thats better than AOC for a reasonable price........

Got any ideas?
