I have a Foxconn 955X7AA motherboard I installed a intel D950 SL95V processor intel say's that I need a bios with emt64. where can I find the correct bios I have down loaded the latest bios from Foxconn.

So the new CPU doesn't work, even though it's on the CPU list? You can't get a BIOS other than the one from Foxconn. Support for EMT64 should have been provided for the last 4 years or more.

ghislaing the new cpu works I just keep getting BOSD's . foxconn's latest BIOS has the CIE stepping fix for the 95nm CPU.
The BIOS is dated 11/5/2006. What I was looking for is a BIOS that will work with the Foxconn board. Yes I can go out and buy another MB. But I would rather find a BIOS update. As a last resort I will put back the D 930 CPU.

Contact Foxconn support. They are the only ones who can provide you with a free BIOS upgrade for your motherboard. You might be able to buy a BIOS, but who knows if it will fix your problem or make your motherboard useless.

Thanks ghislaing I think I will just put the D 930 back in and see if I can get 3.4GH by over clocking.
