Hello,
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD PDF FILES USING XP. IT APPEARS TO BE A SECURITY ISSUE AND I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE SETTINGS.

Whats the exact message you get? Only on pdf files or any file? Try to download a driver or something. Have you tried to save to an alternate location on the disk?

What settings have you tried to change and why can't you? Are you on a work computer with IS placed restrictions maybe?
