When I copy from my NAS to my desktop I get about 20MB/sec, when I copy from my desktop to my USB drive I get 20MB/sec, but when I copy from my NAS to my USB drive I get 2MB/sec (approx. but A LOT slower).
Ideas?

FYI - Windows XP and 7 the same. Gigabit home network.
