I just got my new about 2 weeks ago here are the specs.

RaidMax Smilodon Gaming Case
GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L Intel P43
Intel E7200 Stock Speeds (2.53)
G.SKILL 2x2GB 800MHz 5-5-5-15
ASUS HD4850 512MB 700/1140
Samsung 320GB HDD
SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner
Rosewill 500Watt Power Supply
Logitech MX518
and my CRT monitor from 2004 :ange:

Ok in Crysis Warhead on enthusiest setting on the highest and resolution 1024x765, I get 18 FPS when in a fire or moving the screen really fast, and 40 when just standing still. I see all these videos with like a 9600GT playing the game on all high even with 2AA and a higher resolution with better FPS than me 20-30 average on those videos. I don't understand is it my monitor, or something. It confuses me I'm not getting what I paid for.

You should not have a Rosewill PSU. The only thing worse would be a no-brand PSU.

Have you updated all your drivers?

Yes I updated my ati drivers to 8.8, everything else is up to date and my OS its XP 32bit so it only can see 3.25gb of ram. Whats so bad about the PSU it said it was a good PSU good reviews and people had the same card as me.

This is one good place to start learning about power supplies:

All the stickies at the top are great.

I'm not saying that is your problem, but you need to be aware that Rosewill is not a good brand of PSU.

You should check your settings and temps with various 3rd party apps as a first step.

CPU-Z
GPU-Z
Real Temp
Riva Tuner

They look good. In Garrys Mod it takes forever to load maps and stuff, but for other people it doesnt take that long at all. Should I overclock my CPU, and I would need help of that

You should do some reading in the overclockers forum before you start that.
