1. into which case should i replace it???
what is the optimal case& cooling for my specific hardware system?
(my cpu is on 66 and my system is on 59 after a simple render process..
according to the OS ==at stress== it can go up to 90!!! I'm a 3D animator and I think that with this case&cooling my computer will die..)

2. i've thoght on: CM690, NZXT TEMPEST, ANTEK but i really dont have experience, so i more interested at your offers...

3. is it better for me to buy Tower or Full Tower despite the fact that the Midi Tower size is enough in principle?

4. is there any chance thet my stock fans are flawed although it seems like thay working? is it preferable to replace my stock CPU fan?
or to add another one (additional)??

thank u

Well first off, do you have the stock intel cooler on that cpu? You could try running those fans at 100% and see what that does. If you want a new case i would recommend an antech 900.

Antec 300 / 900 / 1200 all superb cases for air cooling a high end pc. First and most obvious thing to check is if the HSF is seated correctly, if one of those damn Intel pins isnt locked in place then it can cause high temps.

Does having the side of your case make any difference to you temps ?

before you go buying more stuff, make sure the heatsink is properly seated. try reseating it alltogether. clean the old thermal paste and apply some new. arctic silver 5 is popular choice for paste.

66C under load is pretty normal for that chip; it can really tolerate 90C+. Unless your case was designed for liquid cooling, there should be no problem running stock.

The optimal cooling arrangement is with a 3rd party heat sink (Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme). With strong air flow, the i7 can reach sub-50 at stock, but this is really unnecessary unless you are into overclocking. I doubt the chip would fail even after years at 74 C.

First of all- thank you! I did some research and I intend to exchange my current case and cpu fan to the follows:

1. case: ANTEC TWELVE-HUNDRED
2.for the cpu: Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme
3. ouder fans

my questions:

1. according to the case:

a. this case type is "ATX Full Tower" and Antec say that it should Compatibility only for Motherboard with ATX SPECIFICATION- and I really really don’t know what that means?( My mobo is Asus P6T Deluxe . Intel X58)
b. The case comes with or without a built-in water cooling radiator ? don’t get it. I read that it should come whit it but you can get deceived

2. according to the cpu:

a. from what I've read There is no other fan in the box of the ANTEC TWELVE-HUNDRED – so I should buy one separately. I'm not sure which one? So I need recommendations…

b. the installation of the cpu fan should come instead the "intel built-in fan" or instead?

c. the Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme size isn't conventional size (132 x 65 x 163mm) is there any chance it wont placed properly in the case?

3. according to the outer fans:

which other fans can/should i insert?
I have place for 2 fans: 80mm Fans and for Side Air duct
(the built-in are as follows: 3 x 120mm blue LED front fan 2 x 120mm blue LED rear fan and 1 x 200mm top fan=3 fans)
