Bios settings for ddr3 at 1600mhz g skills

i got ripjaws ddr3 1333mhz but i need step by step how to change the bios plz help

asus m4a785td-m evo/AMD Athlon II x2 250 - 3.0ghz/antec 550w psu/ripjaws ddr3 1600mhz(runin at 1333)/onboard Radeon 4200/WD 500 HDD

What do you mean by change the BIOS? Update it? If so, aren't the instructions to do so on the manual? The updates themselves should be available from the Asus website.

I think he means manual timing

Go into the BIOS look for DRAM or DIMM frequency and make sure its at 800 or 1600 (depends on your BIOS) , then manually key in the timings ex :7-7-7-20-27-1T and then go to the DRAM voltage and set it to whatever is specified by the manufacturer....
