Motherboard change

Is there a motherboard compatable with the asus P5S800-UM/s. I require a new board with pci-e slot for new graphics card

Computer geeks has a foxconn 6497 board for $17.99 with ddr and pci-e support. It is micro atx. For a larger atx board, they have some 915p boards. The 6497 is an sis chipset, so you may have to reinstall windows, depending on which version you're using.
