Motherboard's size problem

I will upgrade my pc in April 2009.I think I will get a micro-ATX motherboard.My present motherboard is Intel D845PESV.Its size is 30.5cm X 20.8cm.My CPU case is 16.5 inch high.So will a micro-ATX motherboard fit properly in my CPU case?

You currently have an ATX motherboard, therefore you can fit another ATX or a micro-ATX motherboard.

Yes, a micro ATX will fit in the case. Generally most motherboard trays inside a case will have mounting holes for micro-ATX and standard ATX motherboards. Larger cases will also have mounting holes for extended ATX motherboards.
